The Interior Design program distinguishes itself through its close collaboration with construction management. Located in the School of Construction within the College of Technology, the program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum blending interior design, construction studies, and graphic design with a broad general education foundation. This major equips graduates for diverse roles across the design-build industry, spanning residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors, plus specialized design careers. The program focuses on modern technology, ethical leadership, and professional development, integrating industry-standard software from the outset. Students complete an eight-week summer internship in their third year and can earn LEED Green Associate certification before receiving their Bachelor of Interior Design degree.

Qualification Requirements
High School Academic Records: A minimum GPA (grade point average) of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in high school and have earned a high school diploma
International College/University Academic Records: A minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in an accredited international post-secondary institution (college/university)
U.S. College/University Academic Records: A minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) if transferring from an accredited U.S. college with at least 24 credit hours (approximately one year of college work)
English Language Requirement
TOEFL score of at least 68 (iBT) is required. In addition, a minimum score of 15 is required in each section (internet).
IELTS: Overall score of 6.0 with a minimum score of 5.0. in each band of the IELTS is required. If a lower score is earned in any of the five band scores, the overall score cannot be accepted.
PTE: Overall score of 47.
