The Associate in Science Degree in Mathematics for Transfer (AS-T) prepares students to transfer smoothly with junior standing and receive priority admission to their local CSU for a Mathematics program or similar major to complete a bachelor's degree. Requirements include: completing 21-23 semester units in the major with grades of C or higher, maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA in all CSU-transferable courses, and earning 60 transferable semester units through either the CSU-GE Breadth or IGETC curriculum. The degree requires no more than 60 units. This program also helps Mathematics majors transfer to UC campuses or other four-year institutions. Students should meet with a counselor to confirm transfer requirements.
