The Associate in Arts in Social Justice Studies: Chicanx and Latinx Studies for Transfer (AA-T M/LAT) prepares students to transfer smoothly with junior standing and priority admission to a CSU campus, enabling them to pursue a bachelor's degree in Chicanx and Latinx Studies or a related field.

Recognize and explain the societal, governmental, cultural, and financial factors influencing the past and present experiences of Chicanx and Latinx communities in the U.S. and Latin American groups across the Americas.
