Seaver College's nutritional science degree equips students for advanced studies and careers in health sciences and dietetics. This ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) meets the standards set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), preparing graduates for Dietetic Internships and Individual Supervised Practice Pathways (ISPP).
To become registered dietitians, candidates must complete an ACEND-approved supervised internship program. Pepperdine's NSCP-ISPP serves as a post-baccalaureate option for DPD graduates seeking to fulfill these supervised practice requirements.
