The Human Nutrition degree equips students for professional paths in dietetics, food service administration, and public health nutrition. Graduates can pursue opportunities in healthcare facilities, public nutrition initiatives, corporate wellness programs, educational dining services, hospitality venues, and leadership roles across the food service sector. The curriculum covers foundational topics such as food science, nutritional biochemistry, clinical nutrition interventions, food experimentation, public health nutrition, large-scale food production, and institutional food service administration. This Human Nutrition curriculum is an accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) recognized by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) through its Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). The program fulfills the academic prerequisites for admission to accredited dietetic internship programs.
