The Enterprise Technology Integration (ETI) bachelor's program in the College of Information Sciences and Technology equips students with core knowledge and cutting-edge competencies across three critical domains: information technology, business principles, and interpersonal skills like teamwork. This major emphasizes the technological implementation aspects of enterprise system integration. Key learning objectives center on: a) interconnected information systems, data exchange, process modeling, workflow optimization, and distributed computing; b) business fundamentals including accounting and supply chain management; and c) collaboration, leadership, and professional skills. ETI graduates gain qualifications for thriving careers in systems integration, software development, and IT/business consulting across various sectors.
As an interdisciplinary program, ETI merges essential studies in IT, software development, and business with specialized training in systems integration. The curriculum incorporates subjects ranging from programming basics and database systems to networking, organizational behavior, project coordination, and enterprise integration.
