The Bachelor of Music program equips students for professional careers in composition or performance. Graduates must demonstrate exceptional skill to either launch their careers or continue advanced studies.
Renowned Italian composer Ferruccio Busoni described music as "sonorous air," while a technical definition might call it "organized sounds in time." With origins potentially older than language itself, music serves as a universal medium for expression, connection, and community building. As philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche famously stated, existence without music would be an error.
