The Business Information Systems (BIS) program equips you with skills to leverage technology for helping organizations gain an edge in today's dynamic business landscape.
You'll build a solid grounding in business principles while mastering how to evaluate, create, oversee, and safeguard information systems.
The BIS curriculum provides two specialization tracks:
The IS Management Track focuses on designing and overseeing information systems that drive organizational success.
The Cybersecurity Management Track highlights Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) while ensuring IT strategies align with business objectives.
Based on your chosen skills, interests, and specialization, career paths may include roles like business process analyst, IT security administrator, IT project manager, IT auditor, application specialist, data modeler, GRC specialist, systems analyst, software tester, developer, database administrator, or various other tech-focused business positions.
