The Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a Dietetics Practice specialization offers an accelerated path to complete both an accredited Dietetic Internship and a master's degree, preparing students for careers in clinical, community, or food service management. Participants develop expertise in applying evidence-based nutrition principles while learning to implement research findings in practical settings. Upon graduation, students qualify to sit for the Dietitian Registration Exam, with program accreditation secured through 2028.
This 32-credit curriculum includes required coursework in advanced medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education strategies, research methodologies, public health nutrition policies, and current topics in dietetics.
