The curriculum teaches students to assess patients' nutritional needs, create customized nutrition plans, measure the effectiveness of dietary interventions, and deliver nutrition education to both individuals and communities. Participants cultivate advanced analytical abilities to evaluate research and implement evidence-based practices.
