Our undergraduate offerings award both B.A. and B.S. degrees in physics, along with specialized B.S. programs in medical physics and engineering physics, plus the Secondary Teacher Education Program (STEP) for physics educators. We grant more bachelor's degrees per faculty member than any similar physics department across Michigan. Physics undergraduates at OU enjoy extensive research possibilities, with many co-authoring peer-reviewed publications in top physics journals alongside faculty mentors.
