To prepare for professional careers, doctoral candidates usually gain teaching experience through organized programs or customized internships. A minimum of 18 academic units must be completed.

Pedagogy courses combine theoretical learning with hands-on practice. Instructors work with students across various age groups and skill levels. Continuous professional development is supported through faculty evaluations and audio/video recordings.
