Students pursuing Human Communication Sciences (HCS) are driven by a desire to positively impact lives, focusing on assisting individuals of all ages with challenges related to hearing, speech, language, and learning.
Many HCS graduates continue their education in medical school or advanced health/science programs, specializing in areas like speech-language pathology, audiology, neuroscience, psychology, or dentistry. Some enter the workforce directly, joining research labs or health-focused organizations. The program's curriculum allows students to tailor their coursework to align with their professional aspirations and academic interests.
