To apply, you will need to following:

One of the following:
The completion of a Computer Science or closely related major in an Undergraduate program.
The successful completion of one of our Principles of Programming courses as a Student-at-Large.
The Standard GRE Examination (no special exam required).
For International Students, the Department requires the TOEFL (minimum score of 80) or IELTS (minimum score is 6.5) test.
Two letters of recommendation, preferably from academic sources.
A Statement of Purpose.
Official Undergraduate transcripts.
For International students, the department requires the TOEFL or IELTS test. For the TOEFL, the minimum score is 80, for the IELTS, the minimum is 6.5, TOELF ibt. Normally, to be considered for admission, a non-U.S. citizen shall have completed a four-year undergraduate degree. A minimum 2.75 overall GPA on a 4.00 system or a 3.20 GPA with 15 or more semester hours of graduate work at an accredited institution. Two letters of recommendation are required, preferably from academic sources. Official Undergraduate transcripts are required.
