Certificate in Asian American Studies in Dekalb United States | Northern Illinois University

This certificate program aims to give motivated students a comprehensive understanding of the Asian American experience and its influence on people, communities, and the country. Available to all NIU-enrolled students, the undergraduate certificate requires participants to maintain satisfactory academic progress, earn at least a C in all certificate courses, and finish all requirements within six years. Note that certain courses may have prerequisites outside the certificate's scope. Students interested in this program should consult with the certificate coordinator early in their academic journey.
