Promoting environmental sustainability involves collaborating across various social, political, and economic divides. However, concepts of nature and the environment hold distinct meanings for different communities and even subgroups within them. To thoroughly evaluate modern environmental problems and create practical solutions, students in this program will explore ecological concerns historically and from multiple viewpoints. We'll analyze the beliefs, customs, and actions that shape societies' environmental footprints, along with initiatives to modify them. Through this process, students will master social science and humanities research techniques while developing essential environmental communication abilities.
