The Master of Sports Leadership program features a dual-focused curriculum that delivers essential foundational knowledge for managing sports organizations, alongside specialized leadership training to enhance students' management capabilities. This degree equips graduates for diverse careers in the sports industry, from professional and collegiate teams to fitness centers, marketing agencies, and sports administration. Created in partnership with Northeastern's Center for the Study of Sport in Society, the program strengthens leadership skills while addressing contemporary business and social challenges in sports, while sharpening analytical and operational competencies. Students can specialize in areas like professional/collegiate sports, eSports, or analytics, gaining hands-on experience throughout their studies.
