The Gordon Engineering Leadership Program provides a rigorous, transformative graduate education designed for working engineers. This intensive curriculum leads to a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership, validating participants' leadership skills and expanded interdisciplinary competencies.
Recognized by the National Academy of Engineering, this certificate program can complement most Master of Science engineering degrees at Northeastern. Professionals with either an existing graduate degree or three-plus years of engineering experience may enroll in the certificate program independently, without needing to pursue a full master's degree.
