The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis focuses on preparing graduate students for leadership roles in K-12 schools and educational organizations. Its programs, accredited by the Tennessee Department of Education, combine theoretical study, research, and hands-on experience to develop skilled education leaders. The curriculum includes 540 hours of integrated internships across various settings, such as district offices, elementary/middle/high schools, and community agencies.
