Health Science undergraduates at Bouv College of Health Sciences participating in the combined BS/MPH Program can enroll in graduate-level MPH courses during their senior year. These dual-counting courses apply toward both bachelor's and master's degrees, enabling students to complete both programs faster than pursuing them individually. The traditional MPH program requires two years of full-time study. Students who start MPH coursework during undergrad can potentially complete their master's in just one additional year of full-time study.
By taking the maximum five graduate courses as an undergraduate, students reduce their graduate tuition costs by 15 credits. This means only 27 graduate credits need to be paid for to earn the MPH, compared to 42 credits for standard MPH students.
