This program fulfills the requirements for an AAS in Electronics Technology. It focuses on a hands-on, practical methodology in electronics, equipping students for roles as electronics technicians. Graduating with this degree provides access to diverse career paths in fields such as aerospace, manufacturing, avionics, biomedical, industrial automation and robotics, and telecommunications across both commercial and government sectors.
Participants in this program develop skills in analyzing and troubleshooting direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) circuits, analog and digital electronics using solid-state and integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), fluid power systems, robotics, and information technology (IT). Students can pursue FCC licensure and various industry certifications in areas like A+, fiber optics, robotics, and more.
All prospective applicants who are interested in applying must meet the following requirements:
• Be at least 16 years old by start of intended quarter
• Completed at least the 1st semester of Grade 10 high school or equivalent
• Applicants under 18 years old must meet the minimum B grade average.

NSC does not require the TOEFL or IELTS test scores for admission. However, if you have any of the following with the minimum described below, you will be eligible to register in college-level courses. Test or course must have been completed within 2 years for placement.
