This three-year interdisciplinary program, offered in collaboration with NYU's School of Global Public Health, is designed for students pursuing a global perspective that integrates social work and public health. Upon graduation, participants will receive both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Public Health (MPH). The curriculum draws on expertise from five NYU schools: the Silver School of Social Work, Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, School of Medicine, College of Dentistry, and Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Dual-degree candidates maintain full-time status while completing coursework for both programs simultaneously. Both degrees are awarded only after all requirements for each program are satisfied.
