You'll master patient care across all life stages while acknowledging personal differences, challenges, and the specific resources required for tailored treatment.
In the clinical portion of the program, you'll complete rotations within our partner network of private medical centers, major regional hospitals, outpatient community clinics, and long-term care facilities. Opportunities may also arise to join outreach initiatives serving disadvantaged communities, from assisting refugees in Athens, Greece, to providing care in Costa Rica.
The curriculum incorporates cutting-edge educational tools, ranging from virtual avatar systems to advanced simulation technology.
Our distinguished faculty—all holding doctoral degrees—bring specialized knowledge in diverse areas such as community health, pediatric and maternal care, mental health services, intensive care, asthma management, and medication therapy. These experts will guide you through coursework and support your creation of educational materials designed for widespread patient outreach.
To be considered for admission to New York Institute of Technology, you must have satisfactorily completed high school (secondary school) with at least a B average or a 3.00 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.00 scale.
The following minimum scores required for full admission to undergraduate are:

TOEFL (iBT) score: 79
Pearson PTE score: 53
