The Nutrition and Food Science graduate program offers comprehensive training in nutrition science, dietary education, food-related challenges, regulatory compliance, and nutritional guidance. This program equips graduates for roles in health and wellness, medical fields, academic research, nutrition policy development, food industry leadership, safety standards, and dietary program oversight. Important clarification: This curriculum does not qualify graduates as Registered Dietitians. Those pursuing Registered Dietitian credentials should explore the Didactic Program in Dietetics. Learners may concurrently pursue the MS in Nutrition and Food Science alongside the Didactic Program, with certain master's courses counting toward both programs. Applicants must submit separate applications for each program to participate in this combined pathway.
