The Nutrition and Food Science graduate program offers comprehensive training in nutrition science, dietary education, food-related challenges, regulatory compliance, and nutritional guidance. This program equips graduates for roles in health and wellness, medical fields, academic research, nutrition policy development, food industry leadership, safety standards, and dietary program oversight. Important clarification: This curriculum does not qualify graduates as Registered Dietitians. Those pursuing Registered Dietitian credentials should explore the Didactic Program in Dietetics. Learners may concurrently pursue the MS in Nutrition and Food Science alongside the Didactic Program, with certain master's courses counting toward both programs. The Graduate School requires the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree in order to be eligible to apply for a graduate program
Transcript: One from each college attended.
Letters of Recommendation: Two.
A minimum TOEFL score of at least 83 on the internet-based test (iBT) or 62 on the paper-based test (pBT).
For IELTS test takers, the minimum required score is 6.5.
