As New Jersey's sole ABA-approved four-year undergraduate Paralegal Studies program, Montclair State provides one of the state's limited bachelor's degree options in Justice Studies. The program distinguishes itself through a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach that explores the connections between justice, legal systems, policy, and societal transformation. Students can specialize in one or more of three concentrations: Justice Systems, International Justice, or Paralegal Studies.
