The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance program merges intensive dance training with a comprehensive liberal arts education, equipping students for professional careers. Participants gain extensive experience in choreography and performance alongside their academic studies. Housed within the Department of Theatre & Dance, this program blends rigorous artistic training with a well-rounded liberal arts foundation. Our experienced faculty mentors support students in pursuing careers as performers, choreographers, dance critics, or educators.
The Department of Theatre and Dance provides both undergraduate and graduate programs with diverse specializations across performing arts disciplines.
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Dance Education readies graduates to teach in K-12 schools as well as community venues like dance studios, recreational centers, YMCAs, and similar institutions.
