Montana State's Nursing program trains future nurses to blend compassionate care with clinical expertise, delivering comprehensive, patient-focused healthcare. After finishing the pre-nursing requirements and gaining admission, students engage in intensive, practical training across five campus locations: Bozeman, Billings, Great Falls, Kalispell, and Missoula. Upon graduation, they'll be ready to take the NCLEX-RN exam and begin their careers as registered nurses.
The program offers two pathways: the standard B.S.N. in Nursing and the fast-track Accelerated B.S.N. in Nursing.
Freshmen will be considered for admission on the basis of their secondary school record and their English proficiency. Applicants who can prove their English language proficiency and have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.5/4.0 on a U.S. scale will qualify for admission.
