Instruction covers both biotech approaches and conventional techniques for genetic improvement. Specialized study tracks feature agronomic crops, crop science, pomology, seed science, seed technology, and vegetable production. Graduates of this program qualify for roles as agricultural producers, advisors, technical specialists, plant geneticists, extension officers, or regulatory inspectors with government agencies.
