The Master of Arts in Environmental Design (MED) degree offered by SPDC is a collaborative program between Interior Design and Landscape Architecture. This post-professional graduate program equips students with specialized expertise, preparing current and future professionals to tackle the multifaceted challenges of environmental design. Unlike conventional professional degrees, our curriculum caters to design graduates seeking interdisciplinary collaboration while exploring personal research interests. Each student crafts a customized study plan under faculty mentorship. The MED program offers diverse coursework spanning human-environment interactions, construction management, social sciences, environmental resource development, urban planning, statistical analysis, education, and discipline-specific classes within each major.

Qualification Requirements

All Official Transcripts. Bachelor Degree is required for Admission. TOEFL PBT - 550. TOEFL IBT - 80. IELTS - 6.5.
Possess a four-year degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Provide scores from GRE. Admission requires a minimum combined score of 297 on verbal and quantitative sections, with an analytical writing score of no less than 3.5.
Submit TOEFL scores if you are an international applicant. Admission requires a minimum average score of:
Computer-Based: 213 with no sub-score below 19.
Internet-Based: 80 with no sub-score below 19 for reading, listening and speaking, and no sub-score below 22 for writing.
Paper-Based: 550 with no sub-score below 52.
