This program caters to individuals seeking to merge foundational education studies with specialized research in their chosen field. Our graduate programs aim to foster deep critical thinking among professional educators and human-service leaders regarding contemporary leadership principles and practices. More specifically, the curriculum cultivates leaders skilled in examining educational policy through historical, philosophical, and sociological lenses. Designed for working professionals, our programs embrace diverse student backgrounds, interests, and career goals.

Situate educational challenges within America's historical educational framework. Establish philosophical underpinnings for teaching practices. Apply theoretical and research-based approaches to examine political, social, economic, legal, and cultural dimensions of education.
