The MSN in Nursing Administration program equips students for leadership positions across diverse healthcare environments. Alongside developing advanced nursing expertise, this degree cultivates essential skills in problem resolution, conflict resolution, effective communication, and teamwork. Participants also gain expertise in applying stewardship principles to decision-making processes.

Certification Pathways in Nursing Administration
MSN in Nursing Administration graduates can pursue ANCC certification as either Nurse Executive or Nurse Executive Advanced (based on their management background) or AONL certification as Nurse Manager Leader or Executive in Nursing Practice. The curriculum includes 420 hours of supervised practical training.
Students applying to one of Madonna’s Master of Science in Nursing degrees must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from a program accredited by a nursing professional accreditation agency (CCNE, CNEA, or ACEN) with an overall undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must also submit the following to be considered for admission:
GRE test scores for applicants with an overall undergraduate GPA below 3.25
Current unencumbered RN license in the United States
Internet based TOEFL (iBT, Test of English as a Foreign Language) with a minimum score of 80; or
TOEFL paper-and-pencil test with a minimum score of 550, accompanied by the Test of Written English (TWE) with a minimum score of 5; or
IELTS score of 6.5+; or
PTE Academic score of 53
