Loyola's Institute of Pastoral Studies (IPS) offers a Master of Divinity (MDiv) program tailored to support the educational, developmental, and career requirements of individuals pursuing ministerial leadership roles. This curriculum equips you with broad ministerial expertise rooted in Christian teachings while cultivating the relational and spiritual competencies needed to guide others. The MDiv program additionally provides customizable concentration paths for specialized ministry environments.
Upon earning the Master of Divinity degree, graduates will demonstrate proficiency in:
Analyzing pastoral situations through the lenses of scripture, tradition, and human sciences (Theology/Religious Heritage), Engaging with contemporary social, economic, political, and church structures to navigate evolving ministry challenges (Cultural Context), Applying Christian principles, discipleship practices, and ministerial approaches with personal, spiritual, and church community awareness (Maturity/Personal Formation)

Copies of transcripts or transcripts not received in a sealed envelope from the university are considered unofficial.
