Situated in one of the globe's most dynamic musical hubs and staffed by a passionate, acclaimed faculty, Loyola Music delivers intensive training for aspiring professionals while fostering an inclusive space for non-majors to enrich their college journey. Alumni have launched successful careers as performers, educators, composers, arrangers, conductors, session musicians, and arts administrators. Those specializing in Jazz Studies have found opportunities beyond jazz in related genres, while Liturgical Music students acquire hands-on experience collaborating with clergy, choirs, and congregations to become future church music leaders. The Vocal Performance track equips graduates for careers as performers, educators, music therapists, arts administrators, and choral directors. Additionally, Loyola's Music B.A. provides strong preparation for advanced study, with many graduates continuing their education at prestigious U.S. music schools and conservatories.
