Exercise physiology examines genetic, biochemical, and clinical changes in human and animal responses to exercise and inactivity. This discipline investigates how aging, disease, and peak performance affect muscular, cardiovascular, and immune systems. Our MS programs (both thesis and non-thesis options) deliver comprehensive theoretical training on physiological reactions to exercise and training adaptations, preparing graduates for roles in exercise physiology industries, military applications, and research facilities.
