The School of Education provides diverse graduate programs designed to equip students for professional roles in teaching, research, policy development, and educational administration. Graduates find employment opportunities across educational institutions, government agencies, corporations, and various other sectors. The Master of Arts (MA) in Education with a Higher Education & Student Affairs (HESA) specialization builds upon the multidisciplinary nature of higher education studies. Although undergraduate studies don't require specific preparation for student affairs careers, any bachelor's degree serves as adequate foundation. Our current graduate students come from varied academic backgrounds such as business, communications, humanities, and sports administration. Typically, those pursuing HESA graduate studies are either actively engaged in campus activities or currently employed in university student services or related fields.
