The educational leadership program holds accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, and the Florida Department of Education.

Our curriculum prepares graduates for leadership roles in educational institutions and organizations addressing education-related challenges. Participants gain both theoretical insights and hands-on experience, transforming them into skilled change-makers and competent program administrators, especially within schools and agencies supporting minority and vulnerable communities.

This distinctive program follows a cohort model grounded in constructivist principles. It highlights the importance of personal growth, interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness as vital components of successful leadership, all central to our doctoral curriculum. Theoretical knowledge and methodological expertise are also key focuses of our program.
