Construction Managers apply engineering and business concepts to supervise all phases of construction projects. Their responsibilities encompass cost estimation and budgeting, legal contract matters, building techniques and materials, project timelines, workplace safety, and clear communication. Specializations within the field cover industrial projects, road construction, commercial developments, housing projects, and general contracting. With strong job prospects in this growing sector, graduates can advance through company ranks or establish independent construction management firms.
