Our construction management major prepares you for the dynamic nature of construction projects. You will develop skills to handle key challenges as the field advances toward creating more durable infrastructure and environmentally responsible commercial, residential, and public works. Construction managers serve as connectors among architects, communities, engineers, property owners, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and trade professionals across both public and private domains. This program integrates management and engineering studies covering construction materials and techniques, digital design and construction, scheduling, project oversight, preconstruction planning, accounting, and organizational management principles.

Qualification Requirements
If you are graduating from a high school outside of the United States, your application will be reviewed on the following admission criteria Completion of high school/secondary level. A certified copy of graduation certificate or diploma will be required prior to enrollment at SDSU. Review the Requirements by Country for country specific information.
A minimum U.S. equivalent GPA (grade point average) of 3.0 (B grade or 80 percent) or higher.
English Proficiency: If you are attending or have attended a high school where English was not the primary language of instruction, you must meet university-level competence in English through one of the following:
TOEFL Passing score is 80 iBT and 550 paper or higher.
IELTS Passing overall score is 6.5 or higher.
