The 42-credit Master of Public Administration, accredited by N.A.S.P.A.A., equips students for careers in public service by combining management principles with hands-on applications across government, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Our diverse student body, ranging from entry-level professionals to seasoned experts, learns from faculty actively engaged in this dynamic field.
The curriculum offers adaptable study plans, allowing students to customize their education through specialized courses that explore specific management functions or application areas in detail.
Specialization options cover public administration, nonprofit leadership, and social policy administration. Additional focus areas can be designed in partnership with faculty advisors, drawing from courses within the Program, the School, and across the university.
The program structure consists of four components:
A 15-credit introductory sequence covering public sector fundamentals
9 credits of concentrated management studies, including:
Human resources
Financial planning and fiscal management
Legal frameworks and ethical governance
Official transcripts as proof of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
English requirement: TOEFL: 79 and IELTS: 6.5
