The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Wellness emphasizes key disciplines including human performance, exercise physiology, strength training, nutrition, movement mechanics, sports administration, and adaptive fitness programming. This carefully structured program builds expertise in scientific principles, physiological processes, and psychological factors concerning athletic performance, health maintenance, fitness assessment, workout consistency, tailored exercise plans, inclusive wellness initiatives, and preventive healthcare. Students gain qualifications for diverse career paths in Corporate Wellness Programs, Athletic Organizations, Recreational Facilities, Charitable Institutions, as well as Resort & Hospitality Settings and Performance Venues. Alumni are well-equipped to advance their education in various healthcare fields such as clinical exercise science, rehabilitation therapy, movement therapy, sports healthcare, and fitness coaching.
Our curriculum holds accreditation from both the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Undergraduate Applicants are required to submit the High School transcripts or its equivalent.
