The Master of Education in Cultural Foundations, available both online and on-campus, investigates education through diverse academic lenses: educational philosophy, historical perspectives, sociological approaches, comparative/international studies, anthropological views, gender research, multicultural examinations, and religious studies. Learners analyze education's societal contexts, focusing especially on systemic disparities, accessibility challenges, educational equity distribution, philosophical debates about learning objectives, and education's capacity for societal transformation.
This program cultivates students' roles as catalysts for change across various learning environments, such as schools, cultural/religious organizations, and community groups. Alumni gain expertise to analyze educational systems critically, evaluate policies, and implement progressive approaches in diverse educational contexts, both locally and globally.
