Students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies can choose between the standard degree track or the specialized Law Office Management Concentration.
Keiser University's standard Legal Studies BA program equips students for careers in legal and related fields (including business, government, and criminal justice) while also laying the foundation for law school. The curriculum develops essential knowledge and practical skills for thriving in legal environments, while exploring how legal principles influence various professions. Students can select up to six elective courses, with at least three from Legal Studies offerings, and may have internship opportunities.
The Law Office Management concentration within Keiser's Legal Studies BA prepares graduates for both paralegal roles and law firm management positions. This specialized track combines core legal coursework with five business and accounting classes, focusing on operational management, accounting fundamentals, and personnel management skills crucial for running a legal practice.
