The Master of Science in Hospitality Administration is delivered via the Hospitality Management graduate program. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. For full admission, candidates need a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The following prerequisite courses must be completed for standard admission:
accounting or finance
management principles
marketing
foodservice, event, or lodging operations
Students lacking these prerequisites may receive conditional admission, provided they complete these requirements within their first two semesters at Kansas State University.
Professional experience in hospitality management is recommended. Candidates without relevant work history must complete 1,000 hours of industry experience during their graduate studies.
