Johnson & Wales University's innovative M.S. in Food Innovation & Technology examines the intricacies of worldwide food networks and enables students to evaluate how food affects societies, businesses, and ecosystems. Learners will utilize groundbreaking frameworks and tools to question current systems, products, and methods while devising creative approaches to solve fundamental problems.
"My vision for this program was to design an interactive course of study focused on resolving intricate systemic food challenges, with the aim of establishing fairer and more sustainable food systems globally," explains Associate Professor Michael Makuch '03, '05 M.A.T., CEC, the Culinary Arts department head at JWU's Providence Campus.
