The BA/MHS (Bachelor of Arts/Master of Health Sciences) and BA/MSPH (Bachelor of Arts/Master of Science in Public Health) programs represent an integrated academic partnership between the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. These accelerated programs allow exceptional public health studies majors to earn both a bachelor's degree and a public health master's degree within five to six years. The combined BA/MHS curriculum equips graduates for advanced academic pursuits or leadership roles in scientific research. Participants can pursue concentrations in mental health, environmental health, or epidemiology through the BA/MHS pathway.

Qualification Requirements
You must submit an official record of academic performance for the equivalent of 9th, 10th, and 11th grades under the US system. All official documents must be accompanied by a verified English translation if the original document is not in English. Include any certificates, diplomas, or examination results marking the completion of secondary education or preparation for higher education (i.e., O- or A-level or IB exam results).
Applicants should typically receive a minimum of 100 total for the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) with preferred sub-scores of 26 (Reading), 26 (Listening), 22 (Writing), and 25 (Speaking). A score of 7.0 or higher on each band is expected on IELTS. A composite score of 120 or higher is expected for the DET with preferred.
