From meticulously crafted prototypes to digital manufacturing, and from technical drawings to scale models and full construction projects, our students acquire diverse skills that serve as valuable assets for their architectural design careers. Our studio environment fosters exploration through conceptual experimentation, occasionally learning just as much from what fails as from what succeeds. This hands-on approach sharpens both practical abilities and analytical thinking, equipping students with comprehensive creative resources to shape tomorrow's built environments.
The Architectural Design Program offers a pre-professional foundation, readying students for advanced studies or careers in various design disciplines like architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture. Note that architectural licensure requirements differ by state, and the BFA degree might not meet all jurisdictions' qualifications.
