The Ph.D. requires completion of 72 graduate credits, with a minimum of 48 credits from structured coursework. Remaining credits can be fulfilled through dissertation research, workshop participation, or supplementary courses. A restricted number of transfer credits from other accredited institutions may be applied, pending approval from both the Graduate College and the student's dissertation committee.
