The Department of Kinesiology provides a Bachelor of Science program in Kinesiology & Health. This undergraduate major consists of three key elements: core education requirements, essential departmental classes, and specialized major courses. The general education portion aims to foster intellectual development and equip students for foundational, advanced, and specialized studies. Core courses introduce students to fundamental concepts in physical activity, wellness, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
The Kinesiology & Health program features five concentration tracks. These specialized pathways allow for in-depth study within the field, helping students develop expertise relevant to specific career paths. Available specializations include:
