The sports management specialization offers training in the business side of athletics while establishing strong competencies in fundamental business principles. The program features tailored coursework in economics, finance, marketing, and administration, all focused on the distinctive characteristics of the sports sector. Learners may opt for additional classes in sports psychology, media relations, and venue/event operations. A mandatory 150-hour practical experience component in professional, collegiate, recreational, or community sports organizations is required.
Rooted in core business studies including accounting, marketing, financial management, economics, personnel administration, data systems, organizational leadership, and team dynamics, the business administration program enhances learning through hands-on projects, international viewpoints, faculty guidance, and group collaborations.
