Those focusing on actuarial science will undertake extra studies in finance and economics, equipping them to pass the initial two professional actuarial examinations and seek careers in insurance and investment sectors.

You'll develop a solid mathematical foundation while utilizing specialized finance and economics courses to obtain comprehensive preparation for your actuarial certification tests. Your curriculum will feature subjects such as: Probability and Statistics for Natural Sciences, Differential Equations, Introduction to Mathematical Proofs, Mathematical Statistics II, Introduction to Financial Mathematics, Applied Computational Mathematics Topics, and Time Series Analysis.

Due to our program's rigorous academic requirements, students must achieve a B grade or above in courses designated for Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) by the Society of Actuaries (SOA), which is mandatory for SOA certification.
